Cutting oil consumption reduction and cleaning-free mist generation device for machine tools.
Reducing waste oil treatment costs. Introduction of a mist generation device for semi-dry processing that considers the environment.
In the field of machining using work machines, reducing environmental impact and controlling running costs are important challenges. It is said that coolant-related costs account for about 16% of the total, and there is a demand for reducing waste oil disposal and electricity costs for pumps. This product achieves an economically and environmentally friendly machining environment by suppressing waste oil generation and enhancing the recyclability of chips through MQL (Minimum Quantity Lubrication) technology, which uses a small amount of lubricant for processing. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Sites that want to reduce coolant management costs for machine tools - Processes that want to eliminate the hassle of waste oil disposal and reduce environmental impact - Lubrication and cooling operations on general-purpose machines without covers - Simplification of cleaning processes in machining 【Effects of Implementation】 - Suppression of waste oil generation and reduction of industrial waste costs - Improved work efficiency through cleaning-free processing - Optimization of tool costs by extending the lifespan of cutting tools - Energy-saving effects through the simplification of coolant management For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.
